Fastinform collects and processes personal data to enable Fastinform to provide you with subscription access to news content, personalized email newsletters, and such other services as Fastinform may choose to provide under the Terms of Use. Fastinform may disclose personal data to software developers, consultants, and such other parties as Fastinform reasonably deems necessary to operate its services. Fastinform will store your personal data for the lifetime of your User Account and for such additional time as Fastinform reasonably deems necessary to prevent or resolve legal disputes involving your User Account. Fastinform stores personal data on servers based in the United States of America, where personal data may receive less legal protection than under the GDPR. By signing up for a User Account, you explicitly consent to the storage of your personal data on such servers. You may request that Fastinform grant access to, erase, rectify, or restrict processing with respect to your personal data. Requests should be sent to Fastinform’s data protection officer at dpo@fastinform.com. If you are unsatisfied with how Fastinform handles your personal data, you may lodge a compliant with a relevant supervisory authority.
